Our experience with Flooring Direct has been top notch. At least get a quote. In our experience Dimitriy is flexible and best of all not a pushy sales guy (I will be more likely to not buy from pushy sales tactics). Their quote was also more competitive, but without compromise on experience or product.Dinitriy is easy to talk to and schedule with, he won't mind you coming in every Saturday to look around and change your mind on which carpet color or thickness.Both the carpet and hard flooring crews are efficient. Part one of our floor replacement involved tearing up crappy vinyl and installing Gaia flooring anticipated to be 2-days. The crew was very mission motivated and stuck it out until they were done at 8:00 PM Day 1. Part two was carpet in two rooms and replacing the laundry room. Again, efficient and it looks great (half a day)! We can't wait to get to part 3 to complete. Highly recommend Direct Flooring.

Dimitri is very responsive to my questions, he came to measure the rooms quickly. His store staff spent time ( though the store is almost time to close of the day) with us to help us choose a very nice carpet. Once I chose my carpet, Dimitri helped to suggest a good pad. I love how it feels to step on the carpet with the nice carpet pad, it is soft and feels like silk, this is the best carpet I ever have.Our master bedroom closet has some fixed shelves making it challenging to install the carpet in the walk in closet, his crew spent lots of time to move them around and have the carpet nicely installed. The installation crew are respectful and hard working people, carry heavy carpet rolls on their backs (I tempted to tell them to take care to not injure their backs). They cleaned dust before installing the carpet and vacuumed afterwards. Great crew.It is good trustworthy company. I would recommend without hesitation.

Dimitri and the installers were Great to work with. From the initial quote to the actual installation, everything was done promptly and with a follow up. There were several other companies that I tried to get a quote from but had to reach out to them multiple times to even get the quote. When Dimitris crew came out to install I initially thought the job was a two day job however they managed to get it done in one and moved more items then I could have hoped for. The carpet looks beautiful, it was a great price, the installation was done well and my house was clean when they were finished. I am very happy with both the product and the service and would use them again!

We just had another positive experience with Dmitriy and his team. Our first experience was about 12 yrs ago when Dmitriy was an installer for Home Depot. We were impressed with his work. Now he has his own crew and shop and they have the same desire to do an exceptional job. From the the estimate to the the install everything went smooth. I want to say that the Andre and Andre team installing the laminate floor were very easy to work with from the floor leveling to the transition strips at the end of the job. This comes from a retired general contractor with over 40 yrs experience. Good job Dmitriy!
