We had a great experience with Flooring Direct LLC! Dimitri was awesome to work with from start to finish. We decided to install LVP flooring throughout our house. Andre and Andre came in and removed the old laminate floor then started removing the kitchen tile. We knew we might have some damaged subfloor under an old fridge but we were unprepared for the extensive rot and damage under our old tile floor. It extended into our cabinets and wall. They finished removing all the old flooring and did it efficiently and neatly. They installed our beautiful new flooring where they could until we could figure out what we needed to do to fix all the damage from the slow leak. I asked if we could pause the project while we had our kitchen renovated. Dimitri agreed. They came back to finish the installation after and we couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous floors! Competitive pricing and excellent customer service is hard to find but these guys deliver!

Great service. Very fast and very fair pricing. We got our first floor and stairs done in two days. Dimitri came to our house with samples and within a couple weeks. Andrei and andrei worked on house and it looks marvelous. Will work with again! Highly recommended.

Best flooring store in Marysville, Wa. I had the owner Dimitri help me pick out a floor for my house and he did an amazing job on educating me and giving me several options. The delivery was fast and unfortunately my van was too small for the pallet to fit so another worker George helped me unload 1,360sqft of floor in my van and was cheerful the entire time. They also sell carpet which I will be buying in the future. Excellent prices and customer service.

I was referred to Dmitriy by my neighbor for refinishing all of the oak hardwood flooring and a carpet replacement at my Edmonds home just before going on the market for sale. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating for our tight schedule. Hardwood flooring now looks brand new again and the carpet is so plush underfoot and beautiful. The home sold in four days! I will be using Flooring Direct again for all of my flooring needs in the future. Thank you for the great customer service as well!

Excellent guidance, advice, service and follow up! Very dedicated workers, friendly and efficient. A quick walkthrough and Dimitri provided color and quality advice for what works best in our home. We couldn’t be more happy, from start to finish! We already have received many compliments about the huge improvement. Some neighbors and family already have their contact information. We would give them a ten star rating if possible.

Highly recommend Flooring Direct LLC. We had a water leak that required parts of our downstairs tile to be removed. Because we couldn't match the old tile for repairs, we needed a full replacement. Dmitriy gave us a great quote and, as soon as we were ready, they were quick to order materials and start the job.

His team did a fantastic job! They removed all the old tile and grout, cleaned thoroughly, and installed the new flooring and trim all in one day! I can’t believe how much they did in one day. It looks perfect, like the old tile never existed. They hauled away all the old tile and left the place spotless.

This is the second time we’ve used them (they previously did carpet in two rooms), and the results are consistently fantastic. We will definitely use them again when we redo the upstairs.
